In this 45-day plan, we begin with a 60-minute detailed intake and consultation with wellness goals in mind.
Clients will choose the duration of their functional medicine detoxification program (7-21 days) and purchase the program separately. You can expect email support from me if you have any questions about the detox and your experience.
At any time during the 45-day plan, you will schedule your 90-minute relaxation massage followed by 20-30 minutes in the infrared sauna. (If you prefer your sauna before your massage, we will schedule accordingly.)
During the last week of your plan, we will reconnect for a 45-minute completion consultation where we discuss your experience and reassess wellness goals. If further support or investigation is needed/required, it will be determined at this time.
