When diet is wrong, medicine is of no use.
When diet is correct, medicine is of no need.

Ayurveda is the world's oldest healing system with its roots in India. Literally translated from Sanskrit, Ayur (life) veda (science, knowledge), it is a holistic system of care that takes into consideration the entire being - spiritual, emotional, intellectual, behavioral, physical, familial, environmental and universal. Its emphasis is on longevity, rejuvenation, and prevention, and it empowers each individual to take responsibility for their own well-being. It teaches us how to live in harmony with ourselves, our environment, and each other.
The study of Ayurveda is one that the more we learn, the more we realize we must continue to learn! I have been fascinated with this system for a decade, and three years ago, I finally took the leap into formal study, which will continue for many years for me. I incorporate the teachings and practices into my life and I am excited to help others do the same. As a fellow human who makes mistakes and hasn't always made the best decisions concerning my health, I know what it's like to get stuck in a cycle of dis-ease and how hard it may be to pull ourselves out of it. The combination of the rejuvenation and preventive practices of Ayurveda is an excellent start.
I am thrilled to serve in the capacity of an Ayurveda Wellness Counselor and am currently available for consultations. Consultations will consist of a review of the client's health history, an assessment of the client's constitution, and recommendations to restore balance. Clients can expect email and text support and a complimentary follow-up visit 4 weeks after the initial consultation. Visits typically last 60 minutes and are conducted in a comfortable setting with the client fully clothed.
After scheduling, you will receive an email from me requesting information that will need to be submitted at least 48 hours before your appointment.
